FREE SAME-DAY IN-STORE PICKUP

• For in-stock orders placed by 11am EST Wednesday through Saturday, your order will be ready for pickup that same day.
  
• For in-stock orders placed after these times, your order will be ready for pick-up our next business day.

Please wait for your “order is ready for pickup” email before coming to the store to pick-up your merchandise. You'll pickup your order at our customer checkout counter. 

Due to variances in store stock levels and sales volume, there may be instances where an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed. Should this occur the item will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund.

HOW IT WORKS

1. PLACE IN-STORE PICKUP ORDER:  Simply add the items you'd like to purchase to your cart. When you're ready, click check out. Under delivery method, change the option to "Pick Up In Store" and any applicable shipping fees will be removed. Continue to payment and complete your order.
   
   
2. PROCESSING TIME: Orders are usually processed within 4 hours during our normal business hours and we even have same-day in-store pickup if your in-stock order is placed by 11am EST on our regular business days.
   
   
3. READY FOR PICK UP EMAIL: Once your order is ready for pick up, you'll receive a separate email with information regarding the pickup of your order. Wait for this “order is ready for pickup” before coming to the store to pickup.
   
   
4. PICK UP YOUR ORDER: Please have the name on the order, a form of ID, and order number readily available. You'll pickup your order at our customer checkout counter. (Sorry curbside pickup is not available.)
